Boxing Skills.
Jim can take you through a range of boxing skills, which he incorporates into a fitness schedule to suit your needs. This can work as a great stress busting element, and complements the endurance side of the work-out, giving balance to your session. All kit is provided.
Having coached athletes in a broad band from international standard to complete beginners, Jim felt that broadening his skills to personal training and all aspects of fitness would be the next logical step.  So, having gained his advanced fitness instructors award, he has set up Ultimate Fitness 24/7 - the idea being to provide fitness workouts for people when and where they want them.
I am based in Lincolnshire, only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful City of Lincoln, and can travel anywhere within the county or neighbouring counties.  If you are further afield and wish to make use of my fitness training services then this would have to be by agreement.  Please contact me for further information.

Fitness training wherever required
As Jim says, "Not all people want to go to, or feel comfortable in, the gym situation.  I am able to train you at home, your workplace, the nearest park or the local woods.  There are some beautiful areas of Lincolnshire that I have trained in, so the choice is vast.  I really want people to feel that they can come to me whatever their ability.  I have some great sessions that would suit complete beginners, and people that want to lose weight and tone up, as well as highly specialised workouts for more advanced individuals."

Each client will have individual targets set before any work starts.  This is so that progress can be charted from the beginning, and motivation is high as improvements can be easily seen.  These improvements will then be used to set further aims for the clients' development.
Every session is tailored to the needs of the client, and with Jim's vast experience a variety of exercise will be used, so there is no chance of boredom setting in!!  Other aspects of fitness are also offered such as core stability, nutritional advice and diet planning, stress management, postural analysis and rehabilitation from injuries.  All this is tailored to each clients' individual needs.

Fitness training for teams
Another aspect of the business is sports fitness coaching for clubs.  Jim has a host of coaching qualifications in football, rugby, basketball (he has coached two players to England representation, and coached a national cup winning side), athletics (level 4 senior coach), as well as a diploma in sports psychology; so coaching to teams is an aspect that appeals to him as well.

Fitness training with a partner
There is also the opportunity to train with a partner if you wish, as Jim is used to planning for groups.  So you could get together with someone you know and train with Jim.
Jim is registered as an exercise professional at level 3 (personal trainer) and has now secured his Masters Diploma in Personal Training.
